  Ricardo Favela, our Director of IS/Network Administrator, joined PeacePartners March of 2004. He has worked in the IS/IT market for eleven years.
What Ricardo likes about working for PeacePartners is all the different learning experiences PeacePartners has enabled him to take advantage of.
Success is what makes Ricardo happy. He enjoys computers, music and sports. He’s even happier on Monday mornings when his team, the Raiders, have won their Sunday game. Ricardo takes great pride in caring for his nieces, nephews and godchildren. While he is not yet a father himself, he understands he is providing knowledge and help to his family and striving to better their situation.
Ricardo chose a peace quote by Albert Einstein to share. The quote explains that one must first fully understand what it is they want to achieve; there is no way of forcing someone to learn something they are not willing to understand. |
