  Carol Trujillo is currently serving as a Management Consultant for PeacePartners. She joined the team in January of 2006. Carol spent thirty-six years in public education, the first twenty-one in the classroom as both teacher and resource support, and the last fifteen as a principal. She served ten of those fifteen years in Paramount Unified School District, where she had the pleasure of leading Roosevelt School (a K-8 school) in becoming a PeaceBuilders showcase site. Carol retired from Public Education in August 2005, and is excited to be working with such an innovative, energetic group of colleagues at PeacePartners.
Carol provides community service in the following areas: student/adult tutoring, “how to parent” education, church groups, neighborhood watch, and Friends of the Library.
An unusual fact about Carol is that she is a southern California native. What makes her happy are sunrises and sunsets, her children and grandchildren, wonderful friends, the arts (both visual and performing), great food, challenging thoughts, and waking up every single day. Carol is an avid reader (primarily of fiction), and enjoys home arts, movies, live theater, and great discussions.
