Account Executive
PeaceBuilders is dedicated to teaching adults (i.e., teachers, parents, administration, support staff) the art of creating safe, positive environments for children. PeaceBuilders is straightforward and easy to implement, effectively identifying specific risk factors and managing them with six simple principles: praise people, give up put-downs, seek wise people, notice hurts, right wrongs, help others. PeaceBuilders provides exceptional products, interactive training, and unwavering support.

PeaceBuilders is a character education and anti-violence youth program approved for the federally funded Safe and Drug-Free Schools Act. PeacePartners, Inc. is the sole provider of PeaceBuilders for the United States, Canada, Mexico and the US Territories.

PeacePartners, Inc. offers a generous compensation package (targeted $100,000+) for an energetic, motivated individual with a degree in education, driven to make a difference in the lives of children.

Areas of Accountability: Sales

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a monthly business/sales plan for assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly sales goals as agreed with executive coach
  • Service existing accounts to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of current and new programs
  • Facilitate product presentations and trainings
  • Create and expand new and current business relationships outside the organization; represent the organization to clients and the public
  • Lead Follow-up, implement marketing campaigns, and build relationships
  • Develop, prepare and present reports on sales and marketing, and market information, including analysis of competing character education programs
Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
  • Educational Product Sales Experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the educational products market and fluency in educational terminology
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling products and services (i.e., marketing strategies and tactics, sales techniques)
  • B.A. in Education or Business preferred - classroom experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in quota achievement and growth of a geographic territory
  • Entrepreneurial personality, initiative, self-motivating and enthusiastic
  • Active listening, originality, multicultural sensitivity, time and goal management, and inductive reasoning
  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written skills-we market to educators!
